Rest in peace, you were a wonderful grandad and true gentleman, it is a real privilege to have known you, you are thought of everyday and remembered with love xxx
Mike was a true gentleman . It was a privilege to have known him and to have benefitted from his infectious enthusiasm and encouragement through Tunbridge Wells Harriers, and to have had some very close races with him (which Mike usually won!) even though he was 20 years my senior.
Thank you Mike in being such a source of inspiration and encouragement to all the members of the Tunbridge Wells Harriers. We will forever run at a pace that suits us! We have 228 members currently at the club and as each member would like to thank you for being such a huge presence at the club we have made a donation of £228 to represent this.
In memory of Mick - from a swimming pal at Tonbridge pool. He encouraged me to become a better swimmer with words of wisdom and witty banter. Much appreciated and I will miss him a great deal. He is the voice in my ear when I am swimming nowadays ‘Come on Jane!’
Such a kind, gentle man. Time for everyone. You will be greatly missed.
In memory of Mike, a lovely man who will be much missed.
You will be forever missed and I'll have a special place in my heart for you always . They will never be anyone to match the kindness you showed to everyone. xx
Mick, you will be sadly missed. Keep on running.
❤️X
Our thoughts are with you Gina and your family Bernie & Veda
Mike was a true and special gentleman. It was a pleasure to have known him and to have "enjoyed" his speed sessions and his supportive words of encouragement. He is and will continue to be sorely missed. With heartfelt sympathy to his family.
With love and sympathy
